From 3rd to 5th December, 2018, the Congreso Sochige was held in Valparaíso, Chile.
The Ougan Group was well represented by our Senior Marketing Manager, Joe Patterson as well as partners Paulo Orostegui of Oitec Ltda and Gonzalo Acuña from Autana Equipos.
The Congreso Sochige is an engineering conference held every two years to promote geotechnical engineering in Chile. This year’s conference was jointly held by Pontificia Universidad Católica and Universidad Técnica Federico Santa Maria in Valparaíso. Valparaíso is a beautiful town on the coast of Chile and a very popular tourist destination in the South American country. Oitec and Autana both had nice stands to promote the Super Cell and also the equipment of FES.
Joe, Gonzalo and Paulo gave presentations during the conference, the presentations were well received and we expect to have many Super Cell tests in Chile and also to bring more Chinese-built foundation equipment to the South American market. The Ougan Group is proud of our partners and we look forward to many years of success with Gonzalo and Paulo.
