Ougan data acquisition system:
Computer system collects data automatically and show real-time data (also can be set according to requirement).
Testers do testing synchronously and record as backup file. Record content includes: oil pressure, upper pile displacement above cell, lower pile displacement below cell, pile top displacement, strain of each soil layer, etc.
Each strain gauge collects date independently, and computer will average the data from strain gauges in same depth and display on screen.
Two (or three) telltale wires in same level bound to fixed device independently can transfer the displacement data through displacement transducer to computer respectively.
In testing process, keep certain load and measure displacement according to preset time interval. Normally staffs don’t need to intervene during testing, but if it is required, setting can be adjusted at any time, including switch from automatic control to manual control. Data can be transferred to office computer by memory disc to do analysis.
