Super Cell General Information
As a new generation of hydraulic load test equipment, unlike conventional cells that virtually are the combination of hydraulic cylinders, OUGAN Super Cells consist of one or multiple inflatable jacks(Super-jacks) which can produce large load.
Starting in year 2005 with more than 2000 BDSLT projects performed globally, Super Cell bi-directional static load test has been well proven as a reliable and cost-effective BDSTL method. Super Cells may be built in various shapes, depending on pile diameters and test purposes.
Main features of Super Cell
-
The patented Super-jacks adopt special sealing technology, which improved the reliability of the Super Cell;
-
Super Cells utilize large loading area, so no high pressure is required to produce high load. Usually, the max hydraulic pressure for bi-directional loading test with Super Cells is lower than 30Mpa, this dramatically reduces the risk of hydraulic failure;
-
Low height and light weight design enables it to be more easily handled on site. Also it can be readily secured inside the rebar cage without the use of bearing plates;
-
With the unique cone-shape flow-guiding mechanism, the surface of Super Cell can be seamlessly covered by pre-casted concrete in high strength; and residues from the pile bottom may be diverted up through the load cell smoothly;
