Located in the heart of Malaysia’s South Johor Economic Region, Iskandar, the Country Garden Forest City Project consumes nearly 14km2 in size. The $250 billion USD investment is a smart eco-city island near Singapore, designed and built by Country Garden and other similar elite international design teams. The island is situated in the southernmost and second-largest city of of mainland Malaysia, Johor.
The Forest City Project commenced in 2013, and is anticipated to be completed in 2035. Of the four total islands anticipated to be constructed, 1/3 of the first island has finished construction. The island strives to be the most technological advanced residential area in Malaysia, dividing itself into sections of condominiums, hotels, serviced apartments, and villas.
Striving for the same quality, service, and innovation the investors sought after, Ougan Technology was selected to be the bi-directional static load test provider for the building complexes for this project.
