OUGAN Group is a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry specialists in geotechnical engineering, mechanical design, automation and control, software development, and international business. Its core management team has more than 20 years of deep industry experience and has supported major infrastructure projects, including the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the Hangzhou Bay Bridge.
Robin Mao
Robin Mao brings more than 20 years of experience in the piling industry, strategic planning, and international market development. Under his leadership, OUGAN has supported major infrastructure projects, including the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge and the Hangzhou Bay Bridge.
Technical Committee
A technical decision-making team composed of multiple senior engineers and doctoral specialists, focusing on the development and continuous improvement of bi-directional load cells, intelligent monitoring systems, and rock drilling equipment, and leading the drafting of dozens of industry standards.
Global Business Management Team
With multilingual business capabilities and based in regions such as Singapore, Indonesia, India, and North America, the team works with ADSC – The International Association of Foundation Drilling and XCMG Foundation, enhancing OUGAN's international influence.

🔬 R&D and Innovation Team
Our dedicated R&D center brings together engineers and researchers, more than 30% of whom hold a master's or doctoral degree. The team's work has contributed to the company's portfolio of invention and utility model patents. It has contributed to the development of multiple national and local industry standards (such as technical standards for offshore wind turbine pile testing and calibration specifications for pile testing load cells). It has successfully developed the hydraulic down-the-hole rotary drilling hammer (hard rock terminator) and the unmanned material handling system, solving industry pain points.
🛠️ Engineering and Technical Service Team
It has established multiple regional service stations in China (Guizhou, Gansu, Guangdong, etc.), providing 7x24 on-site technical support and equipment maintenance. Overseas service teams are permanently stationed in Singapore, Indonesia, India, and North America to provide local support and keep projects on schedule.
🏭 Production and Quality Management Team
A modern production base has been built in Zhejiang, strictly implementing the ISO9001 quality management system and having obtained the "Pinzibiao" Zhejiang Manufacturing certification. It promotes lean production and full-process traceability management to ensure that every set of load cells and every drilling rig meets international standards.

With multilingual business capabilities, its business covers dozens of countries and regions, and it maintains deep cooperation with XCMG Foundation, ADSC (Association of Drilled Shaft Contractors), and others. The team regularly participates in international foundation engineering exhibitions and technical conferences, continuously expanding OUGAN's global influence.
