Procedures for pouring concrete：

Pouring clean water from one pre-buried tremie pipe, when the clean water comes out from another pre-buried tremie pipe instead of dirty water, starting to pour concrete into the gap among Super Cell.

The concrete’s water cement ratio of is 0.6~0.5,and mixed with 7% expensive agent and 1% water reducer. The concrete grade is No.Po425.

Pouring concrete from one pre-buried tremie pipe, when the fresh concrete comes out from another pre-buried tremie pipe, sealing the pipe, and then maintaining pressure to pour the concrete (Maintained pressure：3~5MPa,Maintain 1hour suggested.) The amount of concrete is around 0.5~1.5t (double control with pouring pressure and concrete amount)

The strength of concrete should be no less than the pile shaft’s stiff. There should be a supervisor all the time and record the amount of concrete.
Notice: There must be at least 2 outlets in the Super Cell opening section to make a different pressure.
